Directions

Take road north from Minnigaff for about 4 miles to purpose-built car park. This road is narrow and winding.

Access

The woodland itself is unsuitable for wheelchair access as all parts are steep.

Parking

Ample.

Opening Times

Any reasonable time.

Facilities

None, although Minnigaff and Newton Stewart have toilets, pubs and cafes.

Key Areas / Routes

Otter-viewing platform gives good views over the Cree. The willow scrub holds Willow Tits, appropriately.
